About the Role
The Assistant Head Master in Charge (AHMiC) plays a crucial role in supporting the Head Master in Charge (HMiC) on the Find My Master site by handling member disputes, investigating violation reports, and providing guidance for conflict resolution.
As the second most influential figure on the Find My Master site, the AHMiC is the primary point of contact for members seeking assistance and resolution of issues.
This position serves at the pleasure of the Head Master in Charge.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Assistant Head Master in Charge certain qualifications must be met. Candidates should be:
At least 18 years old
Minimum of 1K followers on Twitter
Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a Master and command respect within the Master/slave community
The Assistant Head Master in Charge will collaborate with the Head Master in Charge and Webmaster for a minimum of ten hours per week
Actively promote the site on Twitter and other FinDom platforms
As the Assistant Head Master in Charge, your responsibilities will involve in:
Helping to guide the site's direction
Promoting it to other Masters and subs
Ensuring adherence to community guidelines, You will have the authority to temporarily ban members who violate these guidelines.
In return for your contributions to the Find My Master site:
You will receive 15% of all membership fees and services purcashed
A free listing on the site for life
Complimentary services from the Webmaster, including contracts and legal documents to support your stable
